Returns and refunds

Although we hope you love your order, there may be times when you need to return items to us. To do so, simply follow the instructions below:

If you change your mind about your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 working days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a resaleable as new condition. P&P costs are non-refundable in this instance. Please note that we cannot accept liability for loss of goods being returned, so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.

We are not able to process a refund for goods returned incomplete e.g. packaging missing, pieces missing etc. Similarly goods found to have been used cannot be replaced or credited, so please ensure that goods are returned to us in the same new condition that you received them in.

Please ensure that you enclose your name and order number in the return parcel so that we are able to refund the correct account.

If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us via email at admin@heylittlemagpie.com or via the contact form to let us know the nature of the fault and initiate a return.

Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of delivery.
