Jacquard Acid Dye – Sapphire Blue

Acid dyes are used to colour silk, wool, feathers, other protein fibers and nylons. We have found these to be the perfect dyes for dyeing our bare wool skeins. Colours can be combined to create new shades with ease.

Don’t be alarmed by the name—the only acid involved is the citric acid that you add to the dye bath.
