Happy New Year Magpies!

I hope you all had a good Christmas & got some scrappy time to yourself.

 

TODAY

I’m kicking off 2023 with a layout from Vicki Boutin’s Print Shop collection. I couldn’t resist this patterned paper, called Shape Shifter, to use as a background.

 

 

I decided to use circular shapes to reflect the design & I cut one to frame my photo, plus two more larger ones.

 

I found the title in the Floral ephemera pack & added a secondary title using some alphabet stickers from my stash. (They’re really old!) I fussy cut some black & white flowers from the Floral Display paper to add below the title.

 

I added more fussy cut flowers & some more floral ephemera to the lower right of the photo circles.

 

With a background as striking as this I didn’t think that there was any need to add anything else, so I called it done!
