TRAIN STREET – HANOI – Vicki Boutin – Where To Next? – Wendy Meffan

Hi Everyone! It’s Wendy here sharing a second layout using Vicki Boutin Where to Next? Collection. I just love all the bright colours in the collection, so good for scrapping bright holiday photos. I have decided to show case more of the papers with this layout and added embellishments from the sticker book, card stock stickers and die cut journalling ephemera.

I used the 12×12 One Way Ticket paper and tore off a deep strip to place across the top of the layout, I liked the tickets and felt they were very apt for my photos, I then tore a strip from the ‘B’ side of 12×12 Umbrellas paperI fussy cut the camera from the 12×12 3×4 Where to Next paper and added Sightseeing and Around Town phrases from the Journalling ephemera. Finally I added a Geo tag from the card stock sticker sheet.

I had multiple photos to add to my layout based around a town so I fussy cut all the Houses from the City Street 12×12 paper. They formed the perfect back drop. then I started added embellishments from the journal ephemera the sticker book and the card stock sticker sheet. I raised different elements on sticky fixers for dimension on the layout.

At the base of the layout I cut a couple of strips from the  12×12 Place Tag and added them along the bottom of the layout, I then used mini thickers to write the Mini Title.

To finish off the layout I added one of Sarah’s amazing coordinating flair badges to the layout.

I was pleased with my layout and being able to document all of the photos together and having the town scene as the train track runs straight through town in Hanoi .
