The Good Stuff | Pretty Little Studio You Are My Sunshine | Emma Kate

Hey Magpies, I’m back with another layout using the beautifully bright collection from Pretty Little Studio ‘You Are My Sunshine’. My background began with the ‘Pick Up Sticks’ patterned paper & fussy cut scalloped strips from the ‘Be Cheerful’ patterned paper.

I machined stitched along each strip so that I could raise up the scalloped edge to create dimension, placing them in rainbow colour order to match up with the ‘Pick Up Sticks’ paper underneath. Then it was time for a little more fussy cutting of the ‘Watch the Clouds’ paper for those cute little clouds.

I placed my photo in the bottom right hand corner surrounding it with those clouds, some tucked behind, some added with foam tape, followed by my title. Next I added some of the butterflies from the die cut pack.

To finish I added a cluster of clouds & a butterfly in the top left hand corner to balance out my photo. I’m having so much fun with this collection, I would recommend it to all memory keepers.
