Teen Spirit | Morag Cutts
I’ve been working with the awesome Teen Spirit Boy this month from Echo Park Paper. I have really enjoyed the colour scheme and the opportunity to work with a boy themed collection. I’ve used the collection to scrap a couple of photos from my recent holiday.

I used a sunburst stencil as the anchor on my background before layering up with more stencils and stamps.

I focussed the action on the left hand side layering up the stickers and other ephemera. To create depth, I mounted some stickers onto foam tape.

Be Yourself
I scrapped another holiday photo for my second layout. Although there are not specific holiday images, there are lots of cool stickers which work well with my theme.

I used Distress Oxide ink Peacock Feathers to add colour to the cardstock before stamping with various stamps. I then stitched a large, messy circle and some vertical lines.

To create lots of texture under my photo, I layered patterned papers and journal cards. I also tucked in some scraps of paper and punched strips for added interest.

The journaling cards paper have great sentiments and designs. I fussy cut one of the designs to use as my title.

I hope I have inspired you to create a masculine layout which is not always easy. Thanks for stopping by.
