Hello Magpies

I’m back today sharing my second layout using the lovely Heart Eyes collection from Simple Stories. I’ve gone with a brighter palette this time, using more of the orange, I just love pink & orange together!!

 

I started my page by adding some inks, Spiced Marmalade & Kitsch Flamingo oxide inks, in a backwards L shape, along the right & bottom edges, adding splatters & some heart stencilling.

 

 

 

I further enhanced the ‘L’ shape by adding patterned papers, fussy cut tickets & Washi tape. I built up my photo cluster using one of the chipboard frames & adding a tag, journalling bits, ephemera & stickers.

 

 

 

My title came out the sticker book & was perfect for my sweet photos.

 

Then came the best bit, adding all the little bits & pieces that make a page… brads, ephemera, thread, flair & stitching!!!
