Snowflake and Snow Much Fun
Hi Magpies, it certainly has been feeling like winter is on the way this week here in the UK. I have been hibernating in my craft room in two beautiful winter themed collections.
The first layout is using the Snowflake collection by Crate Paper, I absolutely adore this collection! You can find it here:
I used the Snowcapped paper for the background sheet and then added a few white and gold splatters and inked around the edge with a dark grey ink. I attached a torn strip of the Spruce paper along the bottom and some little trees from the sticker sheet.
I cut lots of different size circles from the 6×8 pad using punches and also some stars and then inked the edges to add definition. After placing my photo I arranged the circles and stars diagonally with a few snowflakes from the Sticker Book. My title is from the Puffy Phrase Thickers. I cannot wait to create some more pages with this stunning collection!
My second layout uses another lovely collection, this time from Carta Bella.

Snow Much Fun has muted shades of blues and whites, it is wintery but not Christmas themed. As we don’t get snow too often in the UK I had to hunt around to dig out some snow photos.
I began with a sheet of the Bundled Up paper and added a little texture paste through a mask. I added my photo and a die cut title from my Silhouette. The embellishments are from the chipboard and sticker sheets. I used a few snowflakes from my stash to complete my page.
I love how quickly this one came together and I’m looking forward to finding some more wintery scenes to photograph for some more snowy layouts!
Happy Scrapping!
