Hi everyone,
I began by cutting four squares of paper which I stencilled using a darker yellow colour. These I placed along the middle of the page to form the basis of my design. I doodled borders around them using a brown fine liner pen.
Then I backed my photo with green patterned paper & a piece of the border sticker from the 12″ x 12″ sticker page.
On the right of the photo I added die cut leaves & flowers. Plus my title, taken from the one of the papers & some phrase stickers.
On the left I included more die cut florals & a pre-made cluster sticker. I added a woven flower from the March Hey Little Magpie Monthly embellishment pack, the yellow ones matched so well & added an interesting textured element.
To finish it off I drew a border with a dark yellow pen & added 2 butterflies at the top.
