Simple Stories – Sunkissed Mini album | Jackie Ashton

Hello crafter, Jackie here sharing a minibook using Simple Stories – Sunkissed Collection, along with a 6×8 Yellow Snap album. I also added some additional products from Elles Studio, including using a few of the Elles Studio stamp sets.

I used various page protectors that are available in the shop and a few other sizes from my stash.

I recently went away for a few days with my best friends, Sam & Sheena to Harrogate and we really packed in a lot during our time there. I won’t share all the album as most of the pages are designed using the same format.

I started the album with a page protector from my stash, and one of my favourite photographs taken together. Added some stamped details from Elles Studio stamp set and a Elles Studio – Cork phase sticker.

To the reverse, I added some typed journalling and a small cluster of embellishments to the bottom.

6 x 8 Page protector – one of our first stops was to have lunch at the Ivy – its wasn’t planned, so it was nice to be able to get a table and enjoy a lovely meal.

Used 6 x 8 paper pad, Elles Studio yellow cardstock stickers and Alphabet Stickers

3 x 4 divided page protector – used 3 x 4 cut a part journalling sheet.

3×8 page protector – from stash, on the reverse added some typed journalling, and embellished using Elles Studio Cork phase, and 9×12 Foam Stickers

3×4 and 6×4 page protector – added photographs to the 3×4 sections. Did a collage of photographs from the Christmas Shop that was in the Shambles – Christmas is the best time of the year for me, so I was overjoyed to spend some time in this shop just exploring it.

I made this into a flip pocket, so using a 6×8 piece of patterned paper, I scored it in half, added the photograph on the top outside piece, this piece sit outside the pocket, so that you can lift it up to see inside without having to remove it. Inside I added some typed journalling, and a photograph.

6×8 page protector – added a collage of a few photographs to the top of the page, and a smaller one to the bottom – hand written journalling, on a journalling bit die cut, stamped details from Elles Studio – Celebrate Summer stamp.

Reverse page – patterned paper, 2 3×4 photographs and embellished using 6×12 puffy foam stickers, Elles Studio Cork labels, stamp phase – Elles Studio – Fun with Borders Stamp
