Simple Stories | Simple Vintage Woodlands | Part Two | Giselle Homer

Hi Magpies,

Here’s my next layout for this month  using Simple Vintage Woodlands from Simple Stories. This  woodgrain paper was perfect as my base mainly because of the floral illustration in the lower left corner!

 

I began by cutting around the edge of the pink flower so that I could tuck my photo in behind it.

 

I backed my photo with some neutral papers & added a couple of tags cut from the 3×4 Elements paper. Plus a phrase sticker & a heart.

 

To the right of the photo I added a frame, embellishing it with die cut mushrooms & leaves to add interest on that side. I couldn’t resist the little dragonfly!

 

At the top right of the layout I made a cluster, to add to the printed image, which included some flowers & my title.

I’ll have one more layout to share later this month, using this lovely collection.
