Hello Magpies,

Yes, I know it’s March but better late than never with my Christmas scrapbooking! And I was encouraged to use this lovely collection which combines traditional Christmas colours & illustrations.

 

PEACE AND JOY

I started this layout by trimming a piece of white cardstock & framing it with some 12 x 12 dark green.

 

I then added stencilling in hues of red, paint splatters and a hand drawn border around the edges using a green fine liner pen.

 

Using some of the patterned paper, I backed my photo & distressed the edges. I also made a tag which I tucked behind the photo. I added a banner across the tag from the 12 x 12 sticker paper.

 

I tore a length of paper & placed it below the photo with a little pom pom trim (from my stash) below it. Then I added embellishments from the Woodland Bits & Pieces  pack along the top edge.

 

To finish, I used a little cluster of stickers at the top right corner.
