Simple Stories – Pack your Bags | Jackie Ashton
Hi Jackie, here with my 2nd layout for June using Simple Stories – Pack your Bags collection. I’ve not got a process video for this one so here is how I created it.
I started my layout using the stencil from Simple Stories – Summer Snapshots, but it ends up getting covered over.
I started my cutting to strips of patterned paper from the 12 x 12 collection pack, which I added to the left side of my cardstock, along with a kraft die cut using the torn edge die from this set.
Then choosing 3 different patterned papers to use as the base for my photograph, tearing the lower edge of 2 to add some interest.
Adding 3D foam behind my 4×4 photograph and adding this to the centre of my paper stack.
To the left of my photograph I cut one of the tags, from the tag element sheet and a 3×4 journaling card which I cut from one of the sheets from 6×8 paper pad.
For my title I used one of the lovely JD3D Wood titles adding a canvas flair badge from the Let’s Travel set.
To finish my layout I added embellishments from the Sticker book, foam stickers, sticker sheet, bits & pieces and enamel dots from this range.
I loved how this layout came together, and I’m loving using this collection.
Till Next time
Happy scrapping
