Shine On Amy Tangerine, Shine On!!!

I picked the new Amy Tangerine, Shine On collection to work with this month and I did 4 LOs with it. Here’s my first one, Shine. I started with the woodgrain Planted Paper and used one of the black and white patterns, Blooms, as a border. The Caramel Cream Nuvo drops went perfectly on the woodgrain and makes a perfect border of dots. I used one of the frames in the awesome Maggie Holmes, Willow Lane Pom Pom Frames pack around my photo. I then layered up some of the bits and bobs in the Die Cut Ephemera Pack around my photo and I’ve used one of the die-cuts as my title too. I have dotted around some of the Mini Inflated Hearts and seriously, you need those in your stash, they’re so cool! Also I used some of the Faux Leather Bows, Puffy Heart Stickers, and used a couple of the fab Faux Suede Flowers and Maggie Holmes, Willow Lane Thread Bows too.


 
Next up I loved the Breathe Paper so I used that as the background for my next LO. I also used a sheet from the 6×6 Paper Pad too. Then used some of the kraft stickers from the 6×12 Cardstock Sticker sheet, a couple of Mini Inflated Hearts, one of the Maggie Holmes, Willow Lane Thread Bows and my title is from the Foiled Chipboard Icon Thickers pack.


 
For this LO I started with another black and white paper as my background, the Up Paper and I used the Happiness Paper as a border and the 6×6 Happiness Paper from the 6×6 Paper Pad. I did a dotty border of Bubblegum Blush Nuvo Drops and also used some of the Jewel colours too, Seabreeze and Rosewater. I used some of the Washi Tape above & below. I used another of the Maggie Holmes, Willow Lane Pom Pom Frames around one of my photos and some of the fab Mini Inflated Hearts.

My last LO is a lot of layers. I started with the Bouquet Paper and layered some old corrugated cardstock behind it. I don’t think I had the Washi Tape Set at this stage so I used some from my stash to make some borders. I also used Carnation Pink Nuvo Drops. A couple of papers from the 6×6 Paper Pad under my photo and I also used a bit of Crepe Paper from Maggie Holmes, Willow Lane Adhesive Crepe Paper Fringe Strips under the edge of my photo. I liked that so much I dug out some old Crepe Paper and used that too! My title is made up from really old Thickers and one of the Faux Leather Bows tops things off for me.

 
So that’s what I created with the Amy Tangerine, Shine On collection! Next month I will be working with the new Vicki Boutin, Field Notes collection and I can’t wait to start digging into that one. Some of the papers made me gasp out loud when I opened my box of goodies! Have a great September and I’ll see you in October Magpies.
