September Challenge
Hi, it’s Jen here and this month it’s my turn to host the blog challenge. I love sketches, so this month the challenge is a sketch!
You have up until 30th September to enter by simply leaving us a comment with a link to your page created by taking inspiration from the sketch. There’s a £20 e-voucher for the shop up for grabs – just think of all the lovely new goodies you could get with that!
As always just click on the pictures to see them larger.
So without further ado, here’s this month’s sketch:
…and here is the page I made with the sketch:
The rest of the design team have also been busy creating pages with my sketch this month, so I’ve some gorgeous examples to show you.
First up is this page by Sandie, using a stunning monochromatic scheme. She turned the sketch onto it’s side and transferred it to a different page size with great results!
Helen used a gorgeous family pic for her page. She also rotated the sketch and replaced the circle with a stitched heart – such a beautiful feature.
Ifa created this fab layout celebrating her son’s recent exam achievements – well done Jaspar! I love how she incorporated her journalling into the circle design.
Next up, a super cute photo from Gems of her girl with an adorable miniature pony – what’s not to love?! Gems also uses 8×11.5″ for her pages – the sketch works great for that size too.
This page from Lou features an adorable photo of her baby son – check out those gorgeous glittery papers and all the number details to document the date and baby’s age – stunning!
Last but not least Rachel’s page also turns the sketch onto it’s side and uses two tall thin photo strips – what fun! I just love the stitching detail on the circle.
We can’t wait to see what you create this month, so get to those supplies and get scrapping!!
