Hey magpies, thanks for joining me today for my first layout of the month using the stunning Simple Stories The Simple Life.

 

 

The collection has muted greens, black, beige turquoise and greys and is beautiful. We also have some matching flair available in the store made at HLM.

I started 3 pieces of different size papers and tore across the bottom and distressed the edges i added them to the left hand side with a matching tag cut from one of the cut apart sheets.

 

I added raised my photo up into foam, and added 2 floral pieces to the top left and bottom right, adding also a phrase piece to the bottom left.

Above that i added one of the HLM matching flair badges, and one to the right above the flowers,they come in a pk of 5 and match this collection.

Then to the top right, I added 2 little banner phrases and 2 circle pieces from the sticker book. Then added 2 of the butterflies out of the floral pack of pieces which are all beige and black. To finish i added to phrases to the bottom amd some matching splatters with a shimmerz inkling emerlad city.
