Riding the Cable Car in S.F. – 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Everywhere – Wendy Meffan

Hi Everyone! It’s Wendy back again with my second layout for May using 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Everywhere Collection. this is the most gorgeous Travel Collection in mainly blues and greens with a wonderful choice of papers, ephemera, rub ons and die cuts.

I  wanted to show the diversity of the Collection so chose  to create a layout in a completely different style to the one I made earlier in the month. I used four of the 12×12 papers and tore them to create two borders for the layout. I then used distress oxides and made a mixed media background in the space. On the top border I made a cluster using a chipboard geo tag along with some of the die cuts from the Die Cut Cluster kit.

I placed the photo centrally and added a frame around it from the Die Cut Cluster kit, I cut a tag for the top and added a selection of die Cut pieces creating a cluster to the right of the picture, I then added the Best Time Ever Die cut and a gorgeous flair badge created by Sarah Davies to go with the Collection. (You can now find flair badges to coordinate to most collections created by Sarah over on the website)

I then created another large cluster for the left side including a cute mini bulldog clip from the cluster kit and another chipboard Geo Tag.

Finally under the photo  I attached a chipboard sticker and an Explore banner from the Cluster kit

To finish the layout off I stuck a few enamel dots around it and added the Riding the Cable Car title in mini alphabet stickers from Pinkfresh Studio.

Till next time… Happy Scrapping !
