One Canoe Two – Goldenrod collection
Hi Jackie here again, can you believe in 7 days time it will be Christmas day, and we will be all celebrating with our family and friends, hope you are all ready and prepared for the festivities.
For my blogpost this month I decided to step away from the Christmas themed papers this month and use One Canoe Two – Goldenrod collection, which is a lovely collection of papers and embellishments which can compliment any photographs theme.
As soon as I saw the One Canoe Two – Goldenrod – Popsicles Forever paper, I knew I had the perfect photographs from my trip to New York in 2015, and such a coincidence that the shape my lolly matched the paper.
So I started my page with a 9×7 piece of the Popsicles Forever paper, and added a 9×3 piece of the b-side of One Canoe Two Goldenrod – Pink Tiled Paper, and a few sheets of patterned papers from the One Canoe Two Goldenrod – 6×6 pad, to form a matt behind my photographs.
I’ve used two sizes of photographs – the main photographs is 3×3 and the smaller one is 2×2, and added some 3d foam behind the smaller photograph to give it some depth.
For my title one of the words from the One Canoe Two – Goldenrod – Chipboard Thickers f Pebbles – Jen Hadfield – Gold Foam Thickers
I finished the layout with embellishments from the collection, and of course one of the fab wooden Clothpins and I added some Elle’s Studio – Wood Veneer Attachers.
This layout came together quickly, using a mask I added with details to the background paper, I then added a selection of patterned papers from the collection. Mounted my photograph with a piece of vellum from my stash and added 3d foam behind this matt.
I added a journalling spot from the One Caneo Two – Goldenrod – Lemonade paper, to the bottom edge of my photograph.
Again I used the One Caneo Two – Goldenrod Chipboard Thickers and some thickers from my stash.
I finished the layout with stickers and puffy stickers from the collection.
Thanks for stopping by and I wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, see you next year.
