Oh, What Fun! – Pinkfresh Studio | Sheena Rowlands
Hi there Magpies, Sheena here again x
This month I’ll be sharing with you pages featuring Pinkfresh Studio Christmas collection – Oh, What Fun! I didn’t get much chance to scrap many Christmas photos in December so I’m trying to catch up now. This range has a lovely colour palette & I’m loving creating with it.
Special Delivery.
Last year I posted lots of Christmas cards as I thought it would be nice for others to receive post. This page was inspired by the Seasons of Joy patterned paper with all the coloured franking images which is great as the background for this page.
I added a panel of Holiday Walk patterned paper with a little torn red cardstock behind it and I machine stitched this down. Using a cut file to back the photo and journaling spot I added these on foam pads on the panel.I embellished around these with smaller cut files, stamp ephemera and real stamps I kept over the years from Christmas post.
For my second layout I was inspired my the Hey Little Magpie monthly challenge, this time a sketch set by Julie Taylor.
Oh What Fun!
When I saw the snow globe papers in this collection I new straight away the photo I wanted to use of us in a snow globe in the Florida sun many years ago!!
Using white cardstock as my base I added subtle stars around the edge using a stencil and texture paste. Using Holiday Walk and the 6×6 Snow Globes patterned paper I added a panel in the centre covering the join with ribbon. using the left over snow globe paper I cut out some to add over the top with foam pads.
Using ephemera I created 2 clusters following the sketch and created a little snow globe of my own for the lower cluster using some of the packaging plastic and mini star sequins.
My title are Pinkfresh Studio puffy stickers and just perfect for this page and there are loads of choices in the pack.
I hope these have provided some inspiration to create using this lovely Christmas range. Please do share with us your creations over on our Facebook group as we love to see them.
Till next time x
