November Tag – Sam Sweetlove

November already!! I really don’t know where this year has gone!

Today I’m on YouTube and the HLM blog showcasing my November tag, which I’ve made using the HLM Embellishment Kit.

I have a favourite tree in our local park, and I managed to get a photo of it before it shed all it’s leaves, so my tag this month pays homage to the tree and how beautiful I think it is.
