My kids menu

Have you ever ask your husband for help with scrapbooking project? I have… but this time I didn’t even have to ask. I’ll tell you the story. For my July post I decided to use the newest Elle’s Studio collection – Let’s eat. As usually I left papers on the table. And guess what happened??? Yes, my husband spelt his coffee on them!!!! Not much but can you imagine??? Of course I told him what I had to say 😉 But then I looked at the papers and had some idea.
I found a lots of pictures in my computer when we are eating on them so I made an album. Album with  favorite dishes of my kids and how they call them. Alex can’t speak very well yet so he use his own words to name the dishes. Believe me sometimes it’s not easy to guess what he wants. And because my daughter does everything what Alex does she of course uses the same words. For example: an apple in polish is jabłko but they call it paki…????I’m sure your kids do the same 🙂
Because my pages were very clean…too clean I’ve used coffee on them…yes coffee. I wanted my album to look like menu in the restaurant.
I used all the papers from collection. Here is Elle’s Studio – Let’s Eat – Meal Planner Paper. I used all the range of paper embellishments from the collection as well.  or example Elle’s Studio – Let’s Eat – Bits and Pieces and Journalling Tags.
Then I went even farther. I wanted some fatty marks on my pages. So I used oil… !!!! 🙂
Here is fantastic Elle’s Studio – Let’s Eat – Yum Paper. Collection has great range of labels like Word Labels and Blank Labels. To make some backgrounds for my pictures I cut out Elle’s Studio – Let’s Eat – Best Ever Paper.
In the end I wanted to add some dimension to my pages. I wanted whipped cream & ice cream & mayo on my pages. So I used some gesso and made more marks.
I used here beautiful and so sweet Elle’s Studio – Let’s Eat – This & That Paper. I couldn’t resist to not use the stickers.
On this page you can find my 2 favorite products from this collection. First – brilliant green paper Elle’s Studio – Let’s Eat – Delish Paper. Second – Elle’s Studio – Let’s Eat – Wood Veneer Shapes. Look at this cute small cutlery…
