More Homemade Kit Fun
Hi Magpies, Julie back with you again today sharing another 3 layouts using my homemade kit.
This kit really got my creativity going & I loved putting these pages together.
XOXO

On my first page I tore a piece of the Sunny Days paper & curled both edges & added it to Seek Magic paper from Dear Lizzy.

I added a few black splatters & then added my paper cluster down the centre of the page, adding tags, fussy cut flowers, die cuts, charms, stickers from all of the 3 collections

I used a big XOXO as my title, right across the middle of the page.

Let the good times roll, Looking good, Hello fun.

My second layout doesn’t have a stand out title so I let the ephemera speak for me. Any one of those titles works & takes your eye around the page.
I just love a snapchat photo & this one made me howl so had to add it to a layout as a bit of fun.

I started off adding some inked circles, through a stencil & lightly drew around them with a fine liner pen. I then cut a large chevron, out of patterned paper, & sewed that into place at the top of my page, pointing down to my photos.

I made a paper matt for my photos to sit on & added a green doily & some die cut white flowers. The very large headed girl is fussy cut from a postcard & matched the colours exactly.

The Sweet Life

I found this photo while having a rummage & thought it deserved to be on a layout. The B side of the Sunny Days Peachy Paper is this fabulous design that’s already made up for you with a place to add your photo & journalling, etc, I just embellished it with some of the lovely chipboard from the Sunny Days collection.

I cut & added some strips of patterned papers, to look like sun rays, on the left side & sewed them into place.

below the photo was a perfect spot to add a bit more embellishing & that pelican is just too cute not to be added.

A few clouds, the sun & the title The Sweet Life finished off the page.
Thanks for joining me today & I’ll be back next month with a new collection.
Happy Scrapping
