Hi everyone, I’m back with two more layouts to share from this versatile collection and a couple of greeting cards too.

For my first layout I inked and stamped the background. I wanted to use these outline flower cut files as they were similar to the stamping and they needed a coloured base to show up more.

I added the flowers and put enamel dots in the centres to add a little detail.

I layered the photo with 4 different papers and added an arrow paper clip, then I tucked a pocket scrapbooking card under it on the left.

Then I added my title using 2 different styles of Thickers.  I finished the layout by adding a tag, a button and a puffy sticker to the right of the photo.

 
 
Smile Always
My second layout uses a large floral Silhouette cut file which almost fills the background cardstock. I liked the effect of having white on white, especially as I didn’t want the background to ‘fight’ with the patterned papers.

I wanted a way to use lots of the patterns from the collection without it being muddled, so this cut file was ideal. Lots of fussy cutting but I think it was worth it!

Having done that I didn’t want to cover it all up with more embellishments or a large title. So I chose a sentiment sticker which I glued onto a circle and added a fussy cut flower to it. I glued this to the left of the photo.

I then cut some butterflies which I dotted around the layout and added a couple more tiny stickers to complete the page.

There were quite a lot of paper scraps left over from this month’s collection so I made a couple of simple cards. By using some of the larger ephemera pieces they came together quite easily. Apart from the ‘Happy Birthday’ sticker everything was from the collection and so they coordinated really well!
