Mixing Up Pinkfresh Studio | Sheena Rowlands
Hi there Magpies, Sheena here again x
For my posts this month I settled on using a range of Pinkfresh Studio supplies. To be honest I think I’d over looked this company & it wasn’t till last month when I used their Out & About range in my TN that I really enjoyed using their products.
So this time I’m using a mix of Pinkfresh Studio Joyful Day and Everyday Musings for my layouts.
Love Italy.

I really liked the set of frames both these ranges have, so these were the first products I went for. I popped them all out of the chipboard & began arranging them on cardstock and from there this layout evolved.
I’ve used Everyday Musings – Time for Fun as my background patterned paper. Then added distress inks to the white cardstock graduating the colour to co ordinate with the fames I’d chosen.

Then I went through all the ephemera, puffy stickers, layered stickers looking for small pieces to add to the frames to help give a summery feel.
To finish I added my title using one of the puffy words plus puffy alpha stickers which I stuck to patterned paper & fussy cut around.

For my second page I was really taken by the Big Ideas paper with its circular wreaths and wanted to use it for a layout.
Happiness.

I spent a rainy afternoon fussy cutting these circular wreaths from the Joyful Day – Big Ideas paper. I added some mixed media to my background using Distress Oxides and a couple of stencils. I tried to keep to the colours in the papers so it created a soft effect.

Once the background was dry I added the circles on foam pads overlapping across the centre before tearing off a strip from the top and bottom & adding strips of patterned papers in the same colour ways.
I used another chipboard frame to hold the photo details and another puffy word as my title.

I hope these pages inspire you to mix up ranges from the same manufacturer and also have a good look at what Pinkfresh Studio has to offer .
Till next time x
