Mijas Pueblo – Pinkfresh Studio – Making the Best of It – Wendy Meffan

Hi Everyone! It’s Wendy here with my third layout using Pinkfresh Studio making the Best of It Collection. It is such a beautiful collection full of pastels giving a very delicate effect .

I chose to use the 12×12 Live for the Hope of It blue check paper as a back ground and I cut out a large square centrally. I hand stitched around the edge of the square and then mounted the aper on a piece of white card stock.I matted my photo and then used some of the ephemera behind it. I chose a gold frame and a tag. I added a black card stock sticker and a couple of small flowers I fussy cut from the 12×12 Making the Best of It paper.

I then created three floral clusters around the corners of the square cut out. I used the Floral Vellum ephemera, ephemera and Cardstock stickers.

I then used the word Happy from the ephemera pack as a title under the bottom of the photo.

I raised the ephemera on the clusters using sticky fixers to give dimension to the layout.

Finally I added some gold thickers as a second title at the top of the layout.

I love how this layout turned out and the colours in the collection were perfect for my photograph.
