Marbella Scrapbook Layout – Simple Stories – Take Note Collection – Wendy Meffan

Here is my second Scrapbook layout using Simple Stories Take Note Collection. I have used the more pink and blue and blue side of the collection compared to my last layout.

I chose to use the 12×12 Just a Little Note paper as a background for my layout. I chose four photos and matted them using the blue checked paper from the 6×8 paper pad. I left a torn lower edge to the photo mat. I then added a second layer below using a pink paper from the 6×8 paper pad. I then embellished around them using elements from the foam stickers, floral ephemera, decorative brads and stickers.

I used a craft knife and cut around the edges of the flowers on the background paper, I distressed the edges to give a bit of extra dimension.

Above the photo mat I created a large cluster using the journal and floral ephemera, along with a chipboard sticker.

I then created a large cluster in the top left of the layout and used a foam sticker as the title.
