LUNAR CELEBRATION – A SLICE OF LIFE – AMY TANGERINE – WENDY MEFFAN

Hi Magpies, this is Wendy and I have a double layout to share using Amy Tangerine’s A Slice of Life Collection. This is a very bright collection perfect for my photos from Sydney of the Chinese New Year Celebrations. I used three 12×12 papers from the collection; In a Twist; Black and White and Love Always.I also used the Die Cut Shapes, the Sticker Book and Enamel dots.

I edged both sides of the 12×12 white card with papers In a Twist; Black and White and Love Always. I tore their edges . I then drew some chinese lanterns and added them in on the outside to break up the red paper. Then I added the Slice of Life black thickers to make the title.

I used the 6×8 paper pad and drew some chinese lanterns and then cut them out, I added water colour paint to decorate them.  I then added enamel dots and fussy cut flowers from the 6×8 paper pad. I also used a sheet with a pink background to hand draw some blossoms which I then fussy cut.

I like layouts with multiple photos and embellished the photos with stickers from the sticker book. I matted the photos using the 6×8 paper pad . I used the mini sticker letters from the sticker book to make a sub title and added a bit of stamping around the letters
