Lockdown Days – Sheena Rowlands

Today I am sharing with you my first layout using the fabulous Let’s Stay Home created by PinkFresh Studio. I really like the blue tones in this range, very me.

Lockdown Days…

The idea for this layout came about as we were discussing how lockdown was like Ground Hog day the movie. A daily cycle you couldn’t really change with the same recurring activities. Literally Eat, Sleep, Home, Repeat…

I started  by die cutting a few circles as the base for this page to highlight the feeling of going round and around. Using Distress inks in shades of yellow I added a little colour and splats to white cardstock.

I chose 5 photos including one from work and an exercise one too. I matted them all on patterned paper from the Let’s Stay Home 6×6 pad and then embellished each photo with puffy stickers, word stickers and die cuts.

There are 2 great alphas with this let’s Stay Home range and I’ve used both to highlight the story. I mounted the smaller ones on journalling spots before adding to my page.
