Hello Magpies

I’m having a break from Christmas scrapping with this layout today. I’ve used the gorgeous Simply the Best collection from Pinkfresh Studio. I loved the different colours in this collection, muted blues, greens & yellows with Pinkfresh’s graphic style thrown in, just perfect!!

I just had to use this photo!! My daughters boyfriend doing crazy antics in Disney World, so funny!!!

I added some stencilling, to the background, using my fave oxide ink Salvaged Patina & added it around the edge of the cardstock also & a few splatters in Fossilized Amber. I then added some strips of patterned paper, along the bottom edge & side, as a base to add all the bits & pieces onto.

I’ve added fussy cut elements, cardstock stickers, chipboard flair, ephemera & puffy stickers. I’ve slotted in a few acetate pieces filmstrips from 49th and Market in the colour sunbeam, which suits this collection perfectly.

My title is die cut using an older Pinkfresh alphabet die.
