July 2021 Monthly Challenge

Hi Crafters, Jackie here with this month’s challenge. I have chosen take 5.

The 5 item that MUST appear on your pages are

2 or 3 photographs

5 different patterned papers – can be from the same collection – but there must be 5 different papers.

Stitching – hand or machine

Stamping – in at least 3 places.

Ephemera / Die Cuts

As you can see from my example, I’ve used Vicki Boutin – Color Study collection and used ephemera and die cuts that came with this collection.

Here are a few close ups.

I hand stitched a few circles.

Using a few of my Elle’s Studio stamps, I added around the page. I have linked the stamps I’ve used below.

Using a die-cut tag, I added a sticker and stamped words, and journaled on the back.

Sheena as also designed a layout, so you can see how we have both interpreted the challenge.

You have until midnight on 31st July to create your layout and upload it to our Hey Little Magpie Chat and Inspiration group on Facebook. You need to make sure to upload it to the correct album within the group. We will choose a winner at random and 10,000 Magpie points will be added to your Hey Little Magpie account.
