High Ropes | Lovely Lane Paige Evans | Emma Kate

Hey Magpies, I’d like to show you how with just one piece of patterned paper can create the perfect background. Using the ‘New Day’ paper I selected different sections of the grid pattern to remove, thus leaving a diagonal of squares sweeping across the page & the perfect base for my page.

Removing sections of the grid created little pockets of white space which I filled floral clusters. I used both the ‘Floral Ephemera’ & fussy cut flowers from the ‘Smiles & Laughter’ paper.

I added my 4×6 inch photo to the bottom right hand corner then split my title ‘High Ropes’ above & below it using the ‘Puffy Alpha Stickers’. Next I decided to add a boarder to the white edges of my layout by hand stitching a running stitch with 3 strands of embroidery thread.

For finishing touches I used a selection of the ‘Rub-Ons’ & a handful of sequins & gems. This collection form Pinkfresh Studio & Paige Evans is definitely one not to be missed.
