Hello Magpies, Back again with a quick Christmas layout before the big day. I love how scrapping photos of Christmas’s gone gets you in the mood for this year!!

I started my layout by added a few tiny stars to my background & inking the edges of the white cardstock with Pine Needles oxide ink.

I then layered lots of the patterned papers, out the 6×8 paper pad, to give me a sideways ‘T’ shape. I distressed all the edges & tucked in some tabs, flag banners & ephemera.

I positioned the handsome nutcracker at the end of the woodgrain piece & strung the baubles to ‘hang’ down the page.

I added some trim for added texture & embellished with a woven star, felt heart, flair badge, JD3D wood word & a gingham heart, all can be found in the Hey Little Magpie Bits & Pieces section, a definite place to visit!!!
