Heidi Swapp – Color Fresh


Hi Magpies,
Kay here sharing 3 fun layouts using this fabulous bright collection. My layouts are 8.5”x11” this is not a size I normally work with but I have so many holiday snaps to scrap! I’m hoping my holiday album will come together a bit quicker in this size!

 
I want my album to be bright and colourful like the Caribbean islands that I visited. These papers were perfect. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to get an ephemera pack so I have mixed and matched my embellishments from other collections such as: Pebbles Chasing Adventures and My Minds Eye Tutti Frutti.
 


I loved mixing the embellishments and I’ve been spoilt for choice this year with the beautiful summer collections that have been released. I have kept the layouts fairly simple by layering the papers, adding a few splatters, some faux stitching and scattered embellishments.


I will probably add some journaling at a later date when I’ve remembered all the details of where and when etc lol.
