Heidi Swapp – Christmas Wish List…
Hi there Sheena here again x
Today I wanted to share with you 2 gadgets from Heidi Swapp which would be perfect for treating yourself to, perhaps with a little Christmas money.
First is the Heidi Swapp Lightbox. It’s perfect for writing messages on, sharing birthdays & celebration days and this Christmas we are using ours to help us count down to the big day.
It has pride of place under our tree so no one can forget how close to Christmas we are.
Heidi Swapp has a huge collection of words, icons and letters to fit her Lightbox making it easy to share your messages.
I would like to point out that all the acrylic pieces have a protective film on them to ensure they reach you in fabulous condition but it is worth removing them before use.
I also wanted to share wit you some projects I’ve been making for Christmas using Heidi Swapp’s Minc Machine.
For this project Ive used the 3D Poinsettia pack plus lots of cardstock which I cut using cut files to form the wreath.
Ive used both the Red and Gold reactive foils to create the flowers and holly berries.
Here’s a closer look.
I’ve mounted it all in a box frame so it keeps its 3D quality and now hangs in pride of place in my hall.
Foiling can get addictive & heres another frame using the Heidi Swapp Minc machine and reactive foils accompanied by another sentiment on my lightbox.
I saw this phrase on Pinterest and knew I wanted to make it into a gift. The background paper is Maggie Holmes – Gather – Joyful.
This time I used a normal frame but was still able to lift the snowflakes with foam pads.
I foiled the snowflakes with Heidi Swapp reactive foil in Teal, silver and holographic to add lots of shine to this sentiment. I cut snowflakes from cardstock with my Silhouette and added glitter to white Thickers to add to the snowy theme.
Lastly I wanted to show you a non Christmassy project using the Minc.
The Pink Paislee Moonstruck number 11 paper was the inspiration for this frame.
I used the Heidi Swapp 3D butterflies for this simple frame.
I used reactive foils in Hot Pink, Light Pink, Matt Champagne and Rose Gold to add colour to the die cuts before layering them and adding gems to the bodies and adhering in a box frame. This would be so easy to personalise using an alpha from the paper range.
Many thanks for looking and I hope these projects so how versatile the Heidi Swapp Minc machine can be & also the fun you can have with a Lightbox too x
Sending Christmas Wishes
