Finished Freckled Fawn Travellers Notebook.

You may remember way back in May I shared with you my first go at doing a Travellers Notebook. I shared with you the embellishments I chose and even shared with you the first few pages.
Well I’m back today to tell you I’ve finished my Travellers Notebook, documenting a week I spent in Hong Kong. I admit it’s taken me longer than I expected even though I created a format for each day. Some of this might be down to getting absorbed in the photos and ephemera I collected rather than getting it done but to be honest I’ve loved the process so much I will definitely be doing it again to document future trips.

I can’t help but smile when I see how chunky its become as Ive stuck in lots of bits I might of otherwise thrown away.I also picked up some keyring & phone charms to attach as an external reminder of the Travellers Notebook contents.

I used maps, logos and Freckled Fawn flat stickers to help tell our story.

To break up lots of journalling I stamped headings & coloured them in. I made the photo colleges whilst I was away & e mailed them to myself so I could get started on the printing the moment I was home.

Here my titles have come from leaflets and I cut up a postcard to be a picture to help my story.

Maps, tickets and sticker photos help me record our trip to Macau.

Here I’ve documented our actual reason for this trip plus the changeable weather! with stickers, stamping, wash tapes and flat embellishments.
In total I literally filled 2 notebooks to go inside the Freckled Fawn travellers notebook cover. There is a wide selection of Planners and Notebooks in the shop and it’s well worth having a look as their will certainly be one to suit you.
