Hello Magpies.

Do you ever set out to make a layout & just can’t get it right? I really struggled doing this one!! Started on Kraft cardstock but didn’t like that so moved to white cardstock with mixed media but that still wasn’t right!!! So ended up with white cardstock with 49th & Market rub ons around the edge & then I was happy!!!

I started by making the large photo cluster adding patterned paper from the Vicki Boutin Where to Next 6×8 paper pad, fussy cut elements off the 12×12 papers, chipboard frames & even some of the packaging!!

I used an arrow shaped piece from the Adventure awaits paper from the Coast to Coast collection & tucked in a few fussy cut elements off the Ready to Roam paper. My embellishments came from both collections, foam stickers, word strips & ephemera & in the 3 circle frame I added an exclusive canvas flair, travel wax seal & a fussy cut backpack to depict their travels.

My title is made up of a JD3D wood word & a foam sticker off the Coast to Coast foam phrase thicker.

I tucked in a few stamps, one 49th & Market & the other a real Australian one as a nod to where the photo was taken. The 49th & Market rub ons pulled it all together & added that finishing touch.
