Elle’s Studio – Document December 2022 – Pt. 1| Jackie Ashton

Hi crafters, Jackie here with my first blogpost for November using Elle’s Studio Document December 2022products. I love that this Christmas collection as the traditional red and green tones, but also has pink and blue, which help to make the collection more modern and fun to use.

My Perfect Gift

After choosing a selection of papers from the paper pack, I wanted to add some details to my cardstock using a sunburst stencil from my stash with festive berries oxide ink. To add some more details I offset the stencil and draw a thin line around the outside with a black pen.

After matting my photograph on to patterned paper, I added my patterned papers down the right hand side of my cardstock, and then my photo matt to my page.

I used one of the journaling cards from the Document December 2022 kit to add some journaling and added to the right side of my photograph.

For my title I used Red Jane Tile Alphabet stickers, but before adding to my page, I added them to some patterned paper and cut them out in a strip. This help to lift the title away from the red patterned paper behind. Before adding to my page I also added 3D foam before the title.

One of the patterned paper with this collection as label strips, which are ideal to cut out and use on your page. I cut two out and added to the left side of my photograph.
