December Daily 2016
For the last 3 years I always start my December Daily but never finish any of them. Usually after 3-4 days I gave up because I didn’t have enough time or patience to document every single day. This year I decided to try again to make one to keep all of our Christmas memories. Now when we have PL albums and embellishments it is very easy to make one. I used products from Christmas collection from Simple Stories – Classic Christmas.
I don’t want you to be bored with this post so I show you only few of my favor pages. Day 1 is one of them. Last year for the first time I made Advent Calendar for my kids. This year we have new family member – Elf on the shelf.
Day 3. I love all the small accents like sequins or little stars so I used them in one of the pocket and I sew it with my sewing machine.
Day 6, 7. I don’t know why I didn’t use the clear photo stickers before. They are so great and so easy in use.
Day 8. We have a new shelf on the wall so I made it as a focal point of our Christmas decorations.
Day 10. I really miss snow and I really want to have some in my December Daily. I cut one of the pocket pages I put some fake snow in and I sew it. Now I have a little winter between the pages.
Day 11. One of the best days so far. Our kids had so much fun decorating our Christmas tree. They took it very seriously and put so much effort into it.
Day 12. I decide to keep everything in my December Daily. Even self-portrait of Elf which he drew when we slept.
Day 14. Oh how I love these photos. They had so much fun wearing Santa’s hat. Also I keep all the letters to Santa. I’ll show them to my kids when they stop believing in Santa. I made here the flip-flop card to write my Santa’a list.
Day 15, 16. I don’t like coffee from Starbucks but have you ever try their Gingerbread latte? One of my favorite thing!!! And The Polar Express… we watched it 3 days in the row because it’s the only Christmas movie my kids like.
Day 18. One of my favorite picture I took with my phone. I was coming back from work late in the evening and I saw this beautiful Christmas tree. This is a summation of the Christmas time which should be full of color, merry and bright.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!
