Darwin Forest | Cocoa Vanilla Studio – Heart & Home

Hello Magpies. Amy here sharing a layout that uses Cocoa Vanilla Studio’s Heart & Home collection. It’s perfect for so many photos…indoors or outdoors. The colours are beautiful.

I knew I wanted to use a piece of the beautiful navy leaf patterned paper with this photo. So I cut a large piece to place at the top of my page.

I then got really creative and made my own dimensional style letters. I used the Elles Studio Jane dies to cut some brown fun foam, and also to cut some of the woodgrain patterned paper. I then glued them together and just love how they turned out!

I decided to then cut some larger leaves out of the other patterned papers. You could do this by free style cutting them, or making a template to then cut them out by hand. Or you could use an electronic cutting machine or these AALL & Create dies would be perfect too.

I matted my photo with the same woodgrain paper as my title. I positioned my title below my photo and completed it with alphabet stickers from a Simple Stories alphabet book.

I added a cluster of die cut ephemera to the top of my photo to finish the layout.
