Cocoa Vanilla Studio | No Limits | Part two | Giselle Homer

Hello again Magpies,

Today I’m sharing my second layout using the No Limits collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studios. It’s great  for boy designs with lots of embellishments such as die cuts, chipboard & journalling cards included.

THIS SMILE

To begin I cut a large hexagon shape which I inked in yellow & blue using a blender brush, then backfilled it with the Stardust paper. Using the same colours I repeated the blending on my background following the outline of the hexagon shape. The I added some paint splatters to the background before attaching the hexagon using foam pads.

Next I added some thin strips of Latitude paper inside the hexagon for added dimension.

I backed the photo with 2 patterned papers, glued it into place on the left & added embellishments from the chipboard, puffy stickers & die cut ephemera packs. The word ‘Cute’ is from a new range at Hey Little Magpie called Word & Phrase Ephemera, lots to choose from so hop over to the website & take a look!

To make the title I chose words from the Die Cut Titles, added a phrase sticker & a heart shape from my own stash. The finishing touch was the wooden button & chipboard arrow.

Until later in the month when I’ll be back with another boy themed layout, I hope you get some crafting time to yourself.

Happy scrapping,
