Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink Pads
Hey Little Magpie – 12 x 12 Heavyweight Smooth White Cardstock
To start my layout, I used the Color wheel stencil with the new Lost Shadow Distress Oxide ink pad, and with a brush put half the semicircle onto a piece of white cardstock. I made the grey darker in the centre of the circle and fading out to the edges.
Next I cut a large piece of the rainbow striped paper, and stuck it to the left hand side of my layout. I then picked out flowers in the same colours to scatter over that half of the page. This seemed to match the flower in my photo well.
I added my title from the Ephemera die cut pack, to the right hand side, on top of the stencilling. I also added some other die cuts to my layout.
Before sticking down the cloud die cuts, I used them as a template to draw around with a grey pen. Adding some interest to my layout. I added the date to my photo using the mini puffy stickers from the collection too.
