Carta Bella – Silly Goose Collection | Jackie Ashton

Hi Jackie here, this month I’m using the lovely collection from Carta Bella Silly Goose collection to make a 6×8 mini album.  This 6×8 album is designed using a combination of pocket pages and out of the pocket pages.

 

To create this album, I’ve used pocket-style pages to keep everything neat and easy to flip through. These are perfect for holding photos, journaling cards, and patterned paper from the collection.

On some of the inserts I’ve added a place for the photograph, which will make it easy to pick the sizes when I come to complete the album.

As the album progresses, I plan to continue building on these pages by adding more embellishments. This might include enamel dots, or additional die cuts to enhance certain moments and create focal points. I prefer to add these gradually, once photos and journaling are in place, so everything feels balanced and intentional.

So far, the pages are coming together in a soft, cohesive way, with plenty of room to grow. This approach keeps the album flexible while still allowing the charm of the Little Goose collection to shine through.

I’m looking forward to adding more pages to grow this album.
