BoBunny – Stay Awhile
Hello Magpie, Jackie here with my blogpost for this month, have you seen the ranges from some of the new manufacturers that the store is now stocking, I decided to try and get out of my comfort zone and choose this new range from BoBunny – Stay Awhile, and picked some papers that wouldn’t normally be my first choice, and I’m so please that I gave them a try.
My first layout, was really inspired by the coffee details on the Mug paper and sticker sheet in this range.
‘Heart’ Latte alot.
To start this layout, I stamped some coffee stains on the kraft cardstock, and a few ink splatters, before I added my photo layers. In the store are some new BoBunny metal dies, that can be used with most manual die cutting machines, I used my Cuttlebug, and they cut perfectly.
The set I got was the BoBunny – Selfie Die, which as six dies in the pack, I cut the Polaroid camera die from a sheet of the patterned paper from the BoBunny- Stay Awhile 6×6 pad, and added a my photograph behind and added a simple layer of patterned papers from the BoBunny -Stay Awhile 6×6 pad. The heart with the two mugs, are from the sticker sheets which I cut apart to use around the page.
To finish off the small clusters, I added hearts, mini alphabet and coffee cups stickers from Shimelle Sticker Book.
When Winter Meets Spring
Started by added a border of patterned paper down the lefthand side, layering the photographs on various patterned papers from the Bo-Bunny Stay Awhile 6×6 pad. In the ‘Selfie die set, is the phasee ‘hello’ and small chevrons, which I cut from paper from the Bo-Bunny – Stay Awhile 6×6 pad.
The Thickers are from my stash, but the mini alphabets are out of one of the sticker books.
Under the photographs I added some pennants which I had cut at various lengths from the sticker sheet, and add the remaining to the top of the page.

Using the packaging technique I distressed my cardstock using Distress Inks – Broken China and Frayed Burlap. Mounted my photograph with patterned papers from the BoBunny – Stay Awhile – 6×6 pad and added strips of patterned papers under the photograph.
Adding stickers around the page from the sticker sheet.
The coffee cups are cut from the BoBunny – Stay Awhile – Cut a part sheet and I added them as we was a coffee shop when we took the photographs – so that are not just a random feature on my page. I also used the filmstrip die, cutting them in half to add to the page.
I hope you can see the possibilities of this range and like me step out of my comfort zone to give them a try.
Dont forget to share your layouts over on our Facebook page, we would love to see them.
