Blue Mountains – Wherever Collection – 49 and Market – Wendy Meffan

Do you love the 49 and Market collections? I could not resist the Wherever Collection and I was slightly spurred on by the Project Bundle which came in the most gorgeous zip up  map pattern bag. There are so many elements to this collection allowing layouts to be so intricate and full of gorgeous detail. If you like layering and dimension then this collection is certainly for you!

I started this layout with an envelope pocket from the Ephemera bits in the collection. it was easy to fold back the sides to create a 3D element and then tuck a photo in. I then added an acetate frame behind from the Acetate Assortment and another piece of map ephemera from the Ephemera Bits. Now I had a great layered photo map! I embellished the envelope with more ephemera. To the left I added a line of stamps from the Postage Washi Tape roll. I then used the Blendable rubons along side and also over the photo. Over the top I added some laser cut leaves.

I added another photo within the photo map and tucked a frame behind along with a tab. I added  a Blendable rubon to the right of the photo map, and again tucked in some postage Washi Tape and some more laser cut leaves. I added some more laser cut elements at the bottom of the photo and a Wishing Bubbles and Baubles sticker.

To embellish more I used more Blendable rubons and tucked in journal cards and leaves from the laser cut elements. I also added a chipboard heart to the photo.

The layout could have been complete at this point however, I decided to add some paper strips top and bottom. I created two small clusters on these. I also threaded some twine across and attached a globe charm to it.

For a title I used some older green alphabet letters from my stash.

I love how this layout turned out and the embellishments in the collection worked so well with my photos. Do take a look this beautiful collection if you haven’t seen it yet.
