Birthday party with Hooray!!!
Hi Everyone!
Today is my time to show you some new projects. This month I used another fantastic birthday collection – Hooray by My Mind’s Eye. I think I am addicted to the birthday collections. You can check my previous posts HERE and HERE where I used other party collections.
This time I’ve decided to make something a little bit different. My daughter has birthday in October and she choose Peppa Pig as a theme of her birthday party. So I made some decorations for her party.
The first thing I made are little gift bags for her quests. I bought some ready cardstock bags and decorated them with some patterned papers from 6×6 pad.
I added some tags from My Mind’s Eye – Hooray – Decorative Tags and chipboards from this fantastic set of My Mind’s Eye – Hooray – Chipboard Elements. I embellished the with some banners and tassels which I cut using my cutting machine.
I also made two pinwheels to decorate table.
I couldn’t of course forget about party hat for my Little Princess which I made from red cardstock. Then I made some ruffle ribbon from tissue-paper and applied it to the bottom of the hat. From the leftovers I made little pompon.
But my main project from this collection is Mini-Album for all the photos from the party.
My album has 3 pages but many additional smaller pages attached to the main ones.
I wanted to have some frame in the album. So I cut frame shape from the patterned paper then filled it with cushion filling and in the end I machine stitched it around.
It was very easy to embellish the pages with such a great chipboards and stickers from this My Mind’s Eye – Hooray – 6×12 Sticker Sheet.
