Battersea Power Station – Cocoa Vanilla Studio – Bloom and Grow – Wendy Meffan

Hi Everyone! It’s Wendy here and I’m sharing my third layout using Cocoa Vanilla Bloom and Grow Collection. I really love the colour spectrum in the collection and it works so well with many photos.

I love using multiple photos on a layout and had four photos to document on this layout so decided to create another grid style layout. I chose to make my pictures square and positioned the patterned papers in between from the A5 paper pad to fill in the gaps. I layered two different papers, distressed their edges and then embellished them using fussy cut floral clusters from the floral paper from the A5 paper pad. I also fussy cut butterflies from the paper pad.

I fussy cut two large floral clusters from the 12×12 and tucked them above and below the photo block. I also used mini puffy letters also Cocoa Vanilla from this collection to document the date and title.

I embellished the photos with puffy hearts and die cut ephemera. As always I’m not great at lots of white space so tore the 12×12 striped paper and added  strip across the top and bottom of the layout. I also added a second layer using papers from the A5 pad.
