Autumn Vibes | One Fall Day Bella Blvd | Emma Kate

Hey Magpies, I have the pleasure of working with the ‘One Fall Day’ collection by Bella Blvd which is perfect to document all of those autumnal photos. My layout began with trimming 8 1/2 by 1 1/2 inch strips of patterned & scoring the centre of each one.

I then added yellow bobble & brown lace trim from the Hey Little Magpie October Embellishment Kit to two of my patterned paper strips. Next I machined stitched in white thread along the scored lines to attach the strips to my white cardstock base.

After matting my 4×6 inch photo with the ‘Gobble Til You Wobble’ patterned paper I attached it to my page using foam tape. I then used embellishments from the same October kit & stickers from the Bella Blvd collection to create clusters at opposing corners of my photo.

I felt that my clusters needed a little extra foliage so I fussy cut leaves from the ‘Leaf Pile’ patterned paper. My title, placed just underneath my photo, was also from the October Embellishment kit, perfect for a chilly walk in the woods.

To finish I raised the edges of my strips to add dimension & added a sprinkling of gems. Autumn is so full of colour, ‘One Fall Day’ combined with the Hey Little Magpie October Embellishment Kit is a match made in heaven to document this fall season.
