Dies & Gold & Ampersands & Phrases

Hi!

It’s time for some project life spreads again! This time I focused on four things… one tool, one color, one product type and one shape; dies, gold, stickers with phrases and ampersands!
And I finally got my hands on some new collections! Some bits and pieces from Crate Paper – Craft Market and some from Confetti from Maggie Holmes. I love both of those two collections!!!!!

Week 6: Old dies new spread

I love to dig up my old (and not so very old) dies and use them. It’s been a while since last time I used the dies from Maggie Holmes collection Open Book. I really like them… but some of the dies in the package are still unused! Shame on me! 😀
Black and white is one of my favorite color schemes right now! Some photos is better without color… and the lack of color on the spread makes it so easy to decorate!

Week 7: Doodle

For this spread I used a doodling technique I found on pinterest a while ago. These triangles looks a lot like one of the cards in the PL kit from Studio Calico! But it is very easy to do it yourself… you just need some washi tape (to mask the area) and a good pen.
My new favorite product is the small phrase stickers! I need them all… and several packages of each! They are so easy to use and I sure need to hoard some sheets for later! 😀

Week 8: New dies

Maggie Holmes released a new die set! With roses and leaves. I cut some leaves of pattern paper and gold foil. The leaves works perfectly together with the roses from the old flower pack (Open Book). For this spread I used front and back of a very pretty paper from the collection Confetti. The gold dots are gold foil and the backside of the paper are very subtle! I made some more dots out of gold foil to match the dots on the pattern paper. Easy! Gold foil is a must have in your stash! 😀
Some gold mist, ampersands and stickers finished the page!
