A BOO-tiful evening
Hi Everyone!!!!
Are you ready for Halloween? If not yet I have couple projects to show you and maybe I’ll give you some ideas what to do with your Halloween staff. I am so lucky because I love halloween and I love it even more because 2 years my daughter was born this day. So now I have real reason to celebrate it. Like last year this year as well we are organizing Halloween party for her so I made couple of projects to decorate our apartment. I used 2 Halloween collections – Crate Paper – After Dark & My Mind’s Eye – Something Wicked.
First is layout without photos on it. It’s very hard to make it cause you don’t know what pictures I’ll have so I keep it very simple&clean. I used here paper from My Mind’s Eye – Something Wicked – 12×12″ Paper & Accessories Kit. The focus point in my layout are all the kind of frames which I found in both collections. So I have paper frames and chipboard and wodeen… they all together gave me very catchy look.
I couldn’t forget about mini album of course. This time I made one about the day when my litlle girl was born. The pictures are so spooky… it was very long 52 hours so imagine how did I look like on the photos… and Gabi didn’t look so pretty like now so photos were perfect for this papers.
I used papers – Crate Paper – After Dark – Costume Paper, Crate Paper – After Dark – Spooky Paper, Crate Paper – After Dark – Black Widow Paper & papers from My Mind’s Eye Kit. When I was doing my order I couldn’t decided whaich chipboards I want… chipboard shapes from Crate Paper or more vintage style chipboard elements from My Mind’s eye. It wasn’t easy decision but in the end I decided for Crate Paper chipboards and My Mind’s Eye – Something Wicked – Mixed Bag Cardstock Die-Cuts.
Because Gabrysia will have few little guest I can’t forget about saying Thank you to them. I made goddie bags for them with some sweets of cours and some surprise. I used my favorite Crate Paper – After Dark – October Glittered Paper.
And the last thing I want to share is layout with my husband and his last year Halloween costume. Yes… this beautiful woman is my husband. Isn’t he pretty?
I’ll be honest with you. I’ve ordered My Mind’s Eye – Something Wicked – Flair Button Badges and when I got them I didn’t even know how to use them. But then I got idea why not to make an envelope and use them as buttons?
