49 and Market | Vintage Orchard | Giselle Homer
Hi everyone,
Now that autumn is really upon us, I chose to use the Vintage Orchard collection from 49 & Market. It’s perfect for all those moments that you might capture during this colourful season.
SPLENDID
I started this layout by cutting a piece of vanilla cardstock to 9″ square & placed in the centre of this lovely Apple Delight gingham paper.
I used some of the ephemera pieces to back my photo, plus some extra trims as well & placed it in the lower left corner of the cardstock.
In the top right corner I made up a cluster using chipboard, die cut pieces & a tag threaded with twine.
There’s a lot to choose from in this collection so I had no problems finding just the right pieces as embellishments for the top of the photo. I placed the title there too using a chipboard word. Those little rub-on bees are so cute, I couldn’t resist adding them as well!
I added a few more die cut pieces to the lower left corner & drew a double border around the cardstock using a brown fine liner pen. Finally, I used some rub-ons to dot around the page for extra interest.
I’ll have another layout to share with you later in the month, using this lovely collection. Until then, happy scrapping everyone.
